William T. [Sonny] Manry, Jr.

Mr. William T. [Sonny] Manry, Jr. age 87 passed away early Thursday morning May 16, 2013 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services with Rev. Jim Smith officiating burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday afternoon, May 17, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.      Mr. Manry was born March 15, 1926 in Americus, Ga. the son of the late W. T. Manry, Sr. and Ruby Eugenia Bulloch Manry.  He was a Veteran of the US Army serving in World War II,  Retired Postman Letter Carrier and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Americus.      Mr. Manry is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Cynthia Claire Fortner and Lloyd Leneal [Neal], Jr. of Warner Robins, Ga.  Three Grandchildren Melissa Lee Fortner of Macon, Ga.
