Mr. William G Hudson Jr.

Mr. William Gray "Bill" Hudson Jr. age 92, of Americus, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Salem Church. Rev. Mark Carter and Rev. Kevin Clotfelter will officiate the service. A graveside committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27th in the Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery in Savannah, GA. The family will greet friends Thursday, January 25th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Bill was born October 16, 1931 in Bishopville, Maryland. He was the son of the late William Gray Hudson Sr. and the late Leah Savage Hudson. Bill loved the Lord, his family and meeting people. He never met a stranger. He served his country in the United States Coast Guard. Bill retired from C & S Bank in Savannah. He was a board member of Living Water Ministries of Perry Inc. and a member of the Woodbutchers Club.
