Mr. Wanzer Daniel, age 75, of 406 Peggy Ann Drive, Americus, GA. died peacefully Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Houston County Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Oakland Church of God in Oakland, GA. Interment will follow at Oakland Church of God Cemetery. Rev. Bo Curlee will officiate. The family will receive friends at Oakland Church of God from 2:00 PM until service time on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Mr. Daniel was born September 22, 1940 in Pine Mountain Valley, GA. He was the son of the late Wanzer Ward Daniel Sr. and the late Louise Unice Howard Daniel. Mr. Daniel worked many years as a Tooling Technician at Davidson Rubber Company, formally in Americus, GA. He was a member of the Oakland Church of God.
