Mr. Walter Bob Chappell

Mr. Walter Bob Chappell, age 85, of 1394 GA Highway 308, Americus, passed away June 21, 2016 at Tranquility Hospice in Marietta, Georgia. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 24, 2016 in the chapel of Hebron Baptist Church, 1951 GA Highway 49 South, Americus. Reverend Ron Perry will officiate and Jimmy Melvin will speak. Interment will follow at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 23rd from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Family will also receive friends at the residence located at 1394 GA Highway 308, Americus, GA. The following are asked to serve as active pallbearers: Jay Chappell, Jeff Kleckley, Brad Kleckley, Adam Clark, Josh Jones, and Greg Snider.
