Steve Edwin Chadwick

Mr. Steve Edwin Chadwick age 62 passed away at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center Saturday morning June 29, 2013.  Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 with Rev. William Herndon, Rev. Troy Fripp and Rev. Chet Ragsdale officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Alan Chadwick, Brett Chadwick, Jonah Chadwick, Glen Redding, Jr. Heath Del Pozo, and John Cook,  Members of the Sumter County Sheriff's Department are asked to serve as Honorary Pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening July 3, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and other times the family residence 406 West Hill Street Americus.      Mr. Chadwick was born September 1, 1950 in Chattanooga, TN. son of the late Elijah Arnold Chadwick and Ruth Margaret Ward Chadwick.  Mr. Chadwick had lived in Americus for 48 years.
