Mr. Roy M. English

Mr. Roy M. English Sr. age 87, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center. Mr. English was born August 6, 1935 in Faust, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Marle English and the late Bessie Logan English. Mr. English retired from the United States Army after 21 years of service. He also worked in the heat and air conditioning business. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Laury Lee and Mike of Americus. A son and daughter-in-law, Roy M. English Jr. and Grace of Jonesboro, Ga. Five grandchildren and a great granddaughter also survive. In addition to his parents Mr. English was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Josephine Boutine English.
