Mr. Robert "Bobby" Davis Peacock Sr., age 85, of Americus, GA passed away surrounded by family on September 1, 2016 at his place of residence. A funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 4, 2016 in the chapel of Fellowship Baptist Church, 152 Tommy Hooks Road, Americus, GA. Reverends Deb Bibler and Wendy Peacock will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. The family will also receive friends at the family's residence. Mr. Robert "Bobby" Davis Peacock Sr. was born January 16, 1931 in Americus, GA. He was the former owner of Peacock Dairy, as well as Peacock Tire Company. During his retirement he restored furniture. He was also a member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Americus, GA. He was preceded in death by his father Roy Lester Peacock Sr. and his mother Ruth Lewis Peacock.
