Mr. Robert Earl Law

Robert Earl Law, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 21, at the age of 68. Robert was born on December 6, 1956, in Americus, GA to Joseph and Betty Law. Robert grew up with a strong sense of family, love for his community, and a commitment to hard work. Throughout his life, he was known for his steady presence, his generosity, his ability to tell a story and his ability to make those around him feel like a part of the family. Robert devoted his professional life to a long career with Agrium (formally IMC/Rainbow), retiring after over 45 years. He took great pride in his work, setting an example through his integrity and perseverance. Beyond his professional life, Robert was passionate about music (playing and listening), fishing, working with his hands, spending time outdoors, tracking his children on his phone, and staying in contact with his long list of close friends. Those who knew Robert best will never forget his wicked sense of humor. Whether through a perfectly timed one-liner, a mischievous grin, or a playful story. He had a gift for making people laugh and lightening the mood, no matter what the situation. His laughter and wit were as much a part of his legacy as his love and guidance. Family was always at the center of Robert’s heart. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished every minute spent with them. He made sure to instill in them the values he held most dear, honesty, respect, and hard work. His stories, humor, and guidance will continue to shape the lives of those he leaves behind. Robert is survived by his wife, Amanda Frazier Law. His children Chris Law (Heather), Kalan Law (Andee), Megan Law (Paul), Robert Pryor (Kayla), and Aaron Pryor (Nadine). Grandchildren: Cadence Law, Clayton Law, Carson Usry, Skwyer Driggers, Travis Law, Dallas Pryor, Tristan Pryor, Bryce Sauls, Gage McCorkle. Siblings: Norma English (Rick), David Law, Sandra Mosley. And several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that were like family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Betty Law, and a nephew Joe Law . Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the life of a man whose presence was a blessing to all who knew him on Wednesday evening, September 24, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. A service to honor Robert’s life will be held at Aldridge Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 25, at 11:00 am with a private burial to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Leslie. The family would like to extend heartfelt thank you to the many friends, neighbors and loved ones for their support and kindness during this difficult time. Robert’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
