Rex Allen (Skip) Storey

Mr. Rex Allen [Skip] Storey age 77 passed away Saturday evening, November 23, 2013 at Taylor County Health and Rehabilitation in Butler, Ga.  A Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 in the Chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services.  The family will receive friends, from1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 before services and at other times the residence of Gerald and Cheryl Smith 136 Greenwood Drive Americus.      Mr. Storey was born June 2, 1936 in Montezuma, Ga. the son of the late Henry Emette Storey and Ruth Kitchens Storey.  He was an avid Baseball fan and loved the Atlanta Braves.  He worked for the State Highway Department, obtained a BS degree from College was a member of the American Legion Post # 2 of Americus.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Americus.  He also served in the US Air Force.      Mr. Storey is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife Christine Bassette Storey.      Memorial...
