Mr. Randall "Randy" Lamar Player Sr. 65 passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 in Americus, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev. Teresa Edwards and Mr. Edgar Player will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.  The following will serve as Pallbearers: Frank Goodin, Wayne Goodin, Eddie Pipkin, Joe Divita, Matt Rogers, David Martel, Tommy Harrell and Darren Player. The family will receive friends in the chapel at Aldridge Funeral Services on Monday evening, July 20, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and other time the residence of Dandon and Candice Hancock at 497 Lakewood Avenue in Americus, GA. Mr. Player was born June 15, 1950 in Americus, the son of the late Paul Von Player and Amelia Cole Player. Mr. Player was a retired self-employed steel dock builder and tree servicer.
