Mr. Perry Leslie Lunsford

Mr. Perry L. Lunsford, 88, of Americus, passed away peacefully at Perfect Care on September 28th, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2024 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. Randy Lankford will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Harmony Cemetery in Tazewell, GA. The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers, Cliff Carroll, J. C. Dickerson, C.J Yarbrough, Brett Johnson, Rick Puente and Shane Tondee. The family will greet friends Monday, September 30th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Perry Leslie Lunsford was born December 4, 1935 in Dawson, Georgia. He was the son of the late Warren Beverly Lunsford and the late Johnnie Mildred Slocomb Lunsford. He was a member of New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church for 45 years.
