Mr. Pat Smith Medlock

Mr. Pat Smith Medlock, age 85 of Plains, went to be with his Lord and Savior early Friday morning, April 22, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his family. Funeral services to celebrate a life well-lived will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2022 at Hebron Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Speir officiating and Rev. Ron Perry assisting. His seven grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. The following caregivers, who were so attentive to his needs, will be recognized as honorary pallbearers: Linda Tyson, LaShala Reese, Mary Sweet, Trynessa Jackson and Pam Smith. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family is receiving friends at their residence 351 Magnolia Springs Road, Plains Ga. Pat Smith Medlock was born August 21, 1936 in Sumter County. He was the son of the late William Verlyn Medlock and the late Grace Smith Medlock.
