Mr. Michael Stephen Plant

Mr. Michael Stephen Plant age 46, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024. Michael was born July 7, 1978 in Americus. He was the son of Charles W. Plant and the late Wanda Elizabeth Gammage Plant. He enjoyed playing video games, computer programing, reading and was an avid sports fan. Michael earned a bachelor degree in Business Management from Georgia Southwestern State University and was employed by the Dougherty County Water Waste Department. He was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his father, Charles W. Plant of Leesburg; a sister, Kimberly Buffaloe of Leesburg; his aunt, Delores McLemore (Wylie) of Warner Robins; his uncles, Steve Plant (Corine) of Katy, Texas and Jerry Plant (Peggy) of California. A number of cousins also survive. In addition to his mother, Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents Roy and Hazel Gammage and Malcrum G. and Cupidean Plant.
