Mary Cathine (Gramling) Thomason

Mrs. Mary Cathine Thomason age 92, passed away Wednesday morning July 30, 2014 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center in Americus.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services Rev. Earl Dunmon will officiate, burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Americus.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.      Mrs. Thomason was born March 20, 1922 in Madison, FL. the daughter of the late Marcus Gramling and Jane Elizabeth King Gramling.  She was a home maker and a member of Cheek Memorial Baptist Church.      Mrs. Thomason is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carol Jean Rhyan (Jack) of Fort Collins, Col. Two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Perry Thomason (Frances) of Columbus, Ga.
