Mrs. Martha Castleberry

Mrs. Martha Lucile Castleberry, age 71 of Americus, GA, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2024 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services, Rev. Stephen Fripp will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will greet friends Thursday, March 21st from 12:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home chapel and at other times the family residence, 155 Cartwright Road, Americus 31719. Martha Lucile Potter Castleberry was born December 14, 1952 in Americus, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William Taft Potter and the late Annie Jewel Kitchens Potter. Mrs. Castleberry retired from Gertrude Davenport, where she worked as a material cutter. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Castleberry was Baptist by Faith.
