Ms. Martha Jean Braddy

Martha Jean Braddy, age 78, of Americus passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00pm graveside at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Warner Robins, GA. Rev. Bud Womack will officiate the service. Martha Jean Boka Braddy was born November 3, 1942 in Williston, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Boka and the late Annie Elizabeth Russell Boka. Mrs. Braddy enjoyed listening to Music, especially Elvis Presley. She also enjoyed Crocheting. She worked for Union High School in the cafeteria for many years, owned and operated a lawn services business with her late husband. She also got her LPN license later in life and was a Homemaker. She loved watching Westerns and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Becky D. Hughes (Grady) of Preston, a son and daughter-in-law, Lewis E.
