Mr. Luther Jackson "Jack" Johnson

Luther Jackson "Jack" Johnson, age 77 of Americus, passed away Sunday, June 09, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Rev. Raymond Smith and Rev William Hall will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family is greeting friends at his home 404 A District Line Road Americus. Jack was born January 13, 1947 in Americus. He was the son of the late Luther Jackson Johnson Sr. and the late Lila Jane Scoggins Johnson. He owned and operated Johnson Metal Product in Americus for many years. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was kind Christian man with a humble heart, which will be greatly missed by many friends.
