Lenette (House) Roquemore

Mrs. Lenette House Roquemore age 87, passed away Monday afternoon April 29, 2013 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus.  Funeral services will be held from the graveside at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Rev. Jim Smith; Rev. Bill Dupree officiating.  Pallbearers will be the Grandsons, Chris Walker, Scott Roquemore, Stuart Walker, Todd Roquemore, Ryan Bickel and Rocky Roquemore.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Skipper, Dr. Schley Gatewood, Jr. and Earl Williams.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening April 30, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. other times the residence of Mary Len and Carson Walker 453 Lamar Road.      Mrs. Roquemore was born July 6, 1925 in Americus the daughter of the late George E. House and Lucy Fowler House.  She was a List Manager with the Tog Shop in Americus for more than 25 years and retired in 1991.
