ANDERSONVILLE,GA--Mr. Kenneth Harvey Roberts, 59, of 248 Watermelon Rd, Andersonville, GA died unexpectedly in Bexar County, Texas on Monday, April 4, 2016. Funeral services will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2016. Reverend Thomas Woolsey and Reverend Troy Fripp will officiate. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 10, 2016 in the chapel at Aldridge Funeral Services from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mr. Roberts was born on January 6, 1957 in Hollywood, CA to the late Mr. Franklin Roberts and the late Ima Leigh West Roberts. He served in the United States Marines and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Roberts worked as a professional truck driver for thirty-three years and most recently for Melton Truck Lines, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company.
