Mr. John Dupree

Mr. John Dupree "Johnny", age 76, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his home in Americus. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 11:00 am at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rev. Keith Parks will officiate the service. John Dupree was born April 8, 1947 in Americus to the late William Benjamin Dupree, Sr. and the late Vivian Kuykendall Dupree. Survivors include his sisters, Kathryn McCarty of Americus, Mitzi Dupree of Americus, Donna Maggio (Joseph) of Punta Gorda, FL. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, Ben Dupree, III (Marcia), Ginger Dupree, Jonathan Maggio (Dawn), Jeffery Maggio (Nicole), Mitzi Rigden (Todd), Charles "Scooter" Fairbrother (Tonya), Cami Gharakhani (Vanik), and Brooks McCarty (Kym), and many great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom loved him dearly.
