Mr. John Warren Dean

Mr. John Warren Dean, age 48, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at his home. A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2020 at Calvary Episcopal Church. Father Richard Nelson will officiate the service. A celebration of life will follow the service at the Lee Council House on Church Street in Americus. John Warren Dean was born August 18, 1974 in Americus. He was the son of the late Ellis Wayne Dean and the late Mary Bell Dean. John was a 1993 graduate of Southland Academy. He graduated from the University of Alabama and was a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. John had a larger than life personality. He never met a stranger, loved entertaining, grilling for friends, karaoke, Alabama football and most of all spending time with his family. John worked as Director of Operations for Golden Gourmet Meals. He was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Slaton Dean of Americus.
