Mr. John Michael Barnette Sr

Mr. John Michael Barnette Sr., age 62, of Americus passed away on February 22, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2024 graveside at Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. Bud Womack will officiate the service. The family will greet friends Monday, February 26th from 2:00 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. at Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. John Michael Barnette was born February 8, 1962 in Prince William County, Virginia. He was the son of the late Wilmer Eurselle Barnette and the late Mary Elizabeth Clark Barnette. He worked as a Heating and Air Technician for most of his career. He was last employed with Americus Heating and Air for 13 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Barnette was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann Padgett Barnette of Americus.
