Ms. Jewell Davis Reeves 94, passed away September 15, 2017 at Magnolia Manor in Americus, GA. The family will receive friends on September 16, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Aldridge Funeral Services in Americus, Ga and other times at the residence of Marilyn and Phil Guest, 343 Joe Buchanan Rd Plains, GA. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Americus, GA. Rev. Dr. Dennis Stalvey will officiate. The grandsons will serve as active pallbearers Bill Reeves Jr., Tony Weeks, Matt Reeves, Mike Reeves. Lee Guest an Burt Guest. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mac Clements, Gene Reeves, Gary Reeves, Jerry Reeves Charles Reeves, Dan Reeves and Roy Don "Butch" Reeves. Ms. Reeves was born June 17, 1923 in Americus, Ga Daughter of the late Clarence Wheeler Davis and the late Gussie Bridges Davis. She was retired from Manhattan Shirt Company.
