Mr. Jerry Lynn Barfield

Mr. Jerry Lynn Barfield, 62, of Americus, passed away on November 6, 2024 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Jerry was born June 18, 1962 in Albany, Georgia. He was the son of Jerry Noland Barfield and the late Janice Ruby Crawley Barfield. He is survived by his daughters, Tamara Lynne Barfield of Ellaville, Morgan Blake Barfield of Americus, and his sons, Christopher Allen Barfield of Americus and Zach Barfield. Jerry is also survived by a sister, Sandy Barfield (Rob Deaver); four brothers, Dale Peaster (Allison) of Plains, Jody Barfield (Phyllis) of Americus, Richard Barfield of Americus, Donald Barfield of Americus; seven grandchildren and his companion, Sherri Belcher. A celebration of life will be held at his home at a later date. In addition to his mother, Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, David Peaster.
