Mrs. Jean Francis

Mrs. Jean Francis, 83, of Americus, GA, died peacefully on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Martha McDonald Moore Memorial Chapel at Magnolia Manor in Americus, GA at 3:00 PM. Rev. Gary Page and Rev. Joy Wilson will officiate. The residents of Magnolia Manor are asked to be honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM in the Chapel. Interment services will be held graveside on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Christian Church Cemetery in Fredericktown, MO. Mrs. Francis was born on April 5, 1932 in Desloge, Missouri to the late Willis Alva Denton and the late Mrs. Pearl Clay Denton. She worked for many years as the Medical Records Manager and Department Head at a nursing home in Branson, MO. She was married for many years to Rev.
