Mr. James Reid Wilson IV age 47, of Leslie, passed away November 8, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening, November 11, 2023 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. Stephen Fripp will officiate the service. The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home chapel. James Reid Wilson IV was born September 13, 1976 in Americus. He graduated Technical College with a degree in Aviation. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing the family farm in Leslie. He was currently employed with Central Plumbing and Heating in Albany, GA. Mr. Wilson was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Survivors include his father, James Reid Wilson III. His mother, Loretta Carol Jordan Samples. He is also survived by one son, Jacob Reid Wilson, a sister, Lindsey Allana Wilson and step sisters, Melody Marie Sauls and husband Jamie and Shanell Lynn Weissinger and husband John.
