Mr. James Milton Morris Sr

Mr. James M. Morris Sr. age 95, of Americus, passed away early Friday morning on July 7, 2023 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday July 29, 2023 at Light House Baptist Church. Rev. James Burke will officiate the service. James Milton Morris Sr. was born April 21, 1928 in Camilla, GA. He was the son of the late Benjamin James Morris and the late Ora Lee Keaton Morris. Mr. Morris was a retired Mechanical Contractor and General Contractor. He was a loving Husband, Father and Papa to his grandchildren. He was member of Light House Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Young Morris of Americus. A son and daughter-in-law, Jim Morris (Sheila) of Fayetteville, GA and three daughters and a son-in-law, Michelle R. Outlaw of Sharpsburg, GA, Stacey R. Brooks (Barry) of Fayetteville, GA and Lisa R. Reese of Sharpsburg, GA.
