James Charles "Jamie" Crawford

Mr. James Charles "Jamie" Crawford age 64, passed away at his residence in Oglethorpe, Ga. Saturday, May 23, 2015.  Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at Andersonville, National Cemetery in Andersonville, Ga. Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Tommy McConnell will officiate.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Tom Mathews, Lonnie Oliver, Braden Jennings, Trevor Jennings, George Smith and Danny Crawford. The family will be receiving friends at the family residence 160 Larkin Lane Ellaville, Ga. Mr. Crawford was born October 27, 1950 in Fort Sill, OK the son of the late James Howard Crawford and Jane Agnes Grace Crawford.  Mr. Crawford was water superintendent in several locations including, Sumter County, Troup County, Opelika, AL. and Waleska – Lake Arrowhead.  He was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam Era.
