Mr. James David Anderson

Mr. James David Anderson, 84 of Americus, GA, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Williams Road Church of Christ. Pastor Keith Wishum will officiate. Face mask are required, and social distancing must be observed. Interment will follow at Andersonville National Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. The following gentlemen will serve as Pallbearers; John Brown, Bubba Turpin, Donnie Roland, Bo Sullivan, Bill Star and Jeff Williams. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25th at Aldridge Funeral Services. Mr. Anderson was born December 10, 1935 in Blakely, Georgia. He was the son of the late Robert E. Anderson and the late Mary Evelyn Dykes Anderson. He worked for Delta Airlines for 32 years. He was raised in Central Baptist Church in Americus but was a member of Williams Road Church of Christ.
