Jack Harold Smith Sr.

Mr. Jack Harold Smith Sr. age 66, died Monday, December 8, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 Friday, December 12th at the Chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services, Rev. John Dent and Rev. William Herndon will officiate. Interment will follow in the Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. December 12th, a visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Light House Baptist Church and other times the family residence 679 B Hwy 49 South, Americus.  Active Pallbearers will be Mick Brown, Chuck Smith, David Smith, Clay Smith, Jim Smith and Josh Brown.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Franklin Hardin, Rick Blackston, Mike Simpson, Kenny Brown, John Smith, Joe Bruce and any CSX Employees.     Mr. Smith was born April 27, 1948 in Americus, son of the late Jack Smith and the late Lou Elva Tissue Smith.
