Mr. Herbert Albert Slunt

Mr. Herbert Albert Slunt, age 93, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Lebanon Cemetery in Plains. Rev. Matt Johnson will officiate the service. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Hebert Albert Slunt was born March 27, 1929 in Maryland. He was the son of the late Herbert Ignatious Slunt and the late Mable Reely Slunt. He was a retired surveyor. Mr. Slunt was Lutheran by faith. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John Michael Slunt (Patti) of Carrollton, OH, two sisters, Shirley Dennell and Maizy Coon (Jerry) both of Maryland. Two brothers Brian Slunt and Homer Slunt, both of Florida. Two grandchildren, Stacy Anderson and Steve Wesley Slunt and three great grandchildren, Owen Slunt, Wyatt Slunt and Logan Anderson.
