Mrs. Helen Abrams

Mrs. Helen Jean Abrams, age 73, of 2116 Brady Road Leslie, GA died Thursday, August 18, 2016 at her residence. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday August 22 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev Andy Taunton and Rev. William Hall will officiate. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday, August 21 2016 at Aldridge Funeral Services. The following are asked to serve as active pallbearers: Benny Whittle, Greg Bell, Bill Hammond, Hollis Hale, Hal Head and Jimmy Wyatt. Mrs. Abrams was born September 23, 1942 in Fort Valley, GA. Daughter of the late Leonard Brantley Knight and Effie McCant Knight. She worked for Manhattan Shirt Company formerly in Americus for 17 years and was a Homemaker. Mrs. Abrams was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
