Mrs. Gwendolyn Picquet

Mrs. Gwen Picquet, age 62, of 115 Lawhorn Circle, Americus, GA passed away peacefully on July 13, 2016 at her residence. A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 16, 2016 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Reverend Damon Fountain and Reverend Sims Jones will officiate. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, July 15, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Family will also receive friends at the family residence: 115 Lawhorn Circle, Americus, GA. The following will serve as active pallbearers: Scott Hudson, Brian Roberts, Jamie Cox, Emilio Hernandez, Warren Swinson, and Jason Shockley. Gwen Picquet was born May 12, 1954 in Tift County, Georgia. Gwen graduated with a technical degree in both cosmetology and culinary arts. Gwen loved everyone.
