Ms. Georgia Harper

Ms. Georgia Elizabeth Harper, 95, passed away Thursday morning September 13, 2018 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11:00am at Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev. Buck Kinney will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until the service begins. Ms. Georgia Harper was born on August 6, 1923 in Weston, GA to the late Samuel Oscar Brightwell and Vera Nicholson Brightwell. She was a loving mother, homemaker and a member of Plains Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters; Kaye Morris of Plains, Faye Long (Richard) of Plains, her sons; James Harper (Karen) of Americus, George William "Billy" Harper (Jeanne) Plains, Robert Louis "Bob" Harper of Plains, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great great grandchild as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
