Eugenia [Gina] Adams

Ms. Eugenia [Gina] Adams age 71, passed away Monday evening, August 19, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Ga.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Leslie United Methodist Church in Leslie, Ga. Rev. Guy Mathis will officiate. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Americus, Ga.  The family will receive friends at Aldridge Funeral Services Friday evening August 23, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and other times at the family residence 1971 Antioch Road Cordele, Ga.       Ms. Adams was born July 25, 1942 in Sparta, Ga., daughter of the late William Headly Adams, Jr. and Maude Eugenia Holman Adams.  She attended Georgia Southwestern University and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She worked as an office manager most of her working career. After retirement she enjoyed life to its fullest. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
