Ernie Lee Curry, age 73, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. The family will host a celebration of life on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at their home 138C Allen Chappell Road Cobb, Ga from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Ernie Lee Curry was born November 2, 1951 in DeFuniak Springs, Fl. He was the son of J B Curry and Vonette Goodin. Ernie was a talented heavy equipment operator. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He owned and operated Sumter Deer Processing and enjoyed being a hunting guide on plantations in the area. Survivors include his wife, Catherine Horn Curry of Cobb; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer Mordecia (Mike) of Dothan, Al, and Lisa Cubstead (David) of FL; Two sons, Brad Curry (Alicia) of Cordele and Jason Curry (Courtney)DeFuniak, Springs, FL.
