Ms. Donna Joy Farr Bailey age 63, of Americus, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Saturday, December 5, 2020 in the Chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev. Bud Womack will Officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at the residence of Hal and Pam Hines 105 Browns Mill Road Americus. Donna Joy Farr Bailey was born December 29, 1956 in Americus. She was the daughter of the late James Morris Farr and the late Betty Joyce McLendon Farr. She was an LPN and dedicated her life to her career, as a Geriatric Nurse for over 40 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She had a genuine compassion and generous heart and loved everybody. She was a woman of her times and all that knew her, loved her. Survivors include her companion Billy Wayne Bailey, a daughter Jennifer Bailey of Americus and a son Benjamin Wayne Bailey of Americus.
