Ms. Diana Ella Carr

Ms. Diana Ella Carr age 72 of Americus, passed away May 23, 2020 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2020 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev. Damon Fountain will officiate. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Ms. Carr was born February 24, 1948 in Enterprise, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Oleman L. Carr and the late Audrey Melissa Ezell Carr. Ms. Carr retired from the Department of Human Resources, where she worked as a secretary. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Mary Christine Carlson of Smith Station, AL, Denise Echeveste of Leesburg, Elaine Edwards of Ormond Beach FL, Donnie Outlaw (Wilma) of Lynn Haven, FL, and Charles Outlaw (Doris) of Smith Station, AL, Frederick Simpson of Spokane, Washington and Lisa Carr of Greenville, AL.
