Bobby L. Cox, Sr.

Mr. Bobby L. Cox, Sr. age 63 passed away Thursday evening June 27, 2013 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 1, 2013 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. Rev. Damon Fountain will officiate.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Benjamin Picquet, Jim Davis, Rick Hamilton, Charles McElroy, James Gary, Joe McElroy and Mark Gay.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon June 30, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and other times the family residence of James and Melissa Cox 339 Hwy. 271 Ellaville, Ga.      Mr. Cox was born November 25, 1949 in Ty Ty, Ga., son of the late James Daniel Cox and Eula Susie Howell Cox.  He had just retired from IMC Royster Clark, where he was General Foreman in Maintenance.
