Mrs. Betty Snider Wise

Betty Snider Wise, age 94 of Plains, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025 at her home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. Randy Lankford will officiate the service. The family will greet friends Wednesday, May 28th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Betty Snider Wise was born April 8, 1931 in the Hopewell Community in Schley County. She was the daughter of the late George Sellars Snider and the late Fannie Foy Hogg Snider. Betty was a devoted wife and Homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a hard worker, dedicated to the daily operations of her family's dairy farm. She was a member of Plains Methodist Church. Survivors include her faithful husband of 67 years, J M Wise of Plains; her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty Jo Songer (Terry) of Plains, Lottie Foy Lamb (Donnie) of Plains and Mary Carleen Wise of Plains.
