Mr Bernard Jarrett

Mr. Bernard Jarrett, 80, passed away August 16, 2017 at his home in Leslie, GA. He was born to the late Herbert Lee and Lilly Jarrett on Jan. 11, 1937 in Henry County, VA. He Served in the U.S. Army then worked as a machinist, welder and metal fabricator and later in life as a truck driver. He co-owned Leslie Machine Shop, located in Leslie, GA.,with his brother Lee Roy Jarrett. He will be interred at Andersonville National Cemetery on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Jim English officiating. Service will be private for family only. He leaves behind his wife; Grace Jarrett, three daughters: Caroline Ann J. Self of Americus, GA., Brinda Elaine J. Moody (married to Jack Moody) of Americus, GA., Patricia Lynn J.
