Mr. Alva Leslie Coogle "Al"

Mr. Alva Leslie Coogle Sr. "AL" age 67 of Oglethorpe, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at his home. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, at the Mt. Zion St. Luke Lutheran Church in Oglethorpe, GA. Pastor Steve Hilgeman will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at the church Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until service time. Al was born February 16, 1956 in Macon County. He was the son of the late Thomas Joseph Coogle Jr. and the late Emily Robinson Coogle. He retired from Baader Johnson Food Equipment Company. He was a member of Mt. Zion St. Luke Lutheran Church in Oglethorpe, GA. Survivors include his wife, Debra Turner Coogle of Oglethorpe. Two sons and daughters-in-law, Alva Leslie Coogle Jr. (Elizabeth) of Smiths Station, AL and William Blakelon Coogle (Autum) of Gray, GA.
