Alice Christine Salter

Mrs. Alice Christine Salter age 67 passed away Monday evening February 17, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital North in Albany, Ga.  Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services at  11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014 Rev. Don Wilson officiating, burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.  The following will serve as active pallbearers, Rusty Sears, Phillip Daniel, Rodney Carpenter, Gary Smith, Mike Legg and Ricky Wellons.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening February 19, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. other times the family residence 206 Rigas Road Americus.      Mrs. Salter was born October 24, 1946 in Americus the daughter of the late Houston Register and Agnes and Johnny Morgan.  She was a home maker and was of the Baptist faith.      Mrs. Salter is survived by her beloved husband Henry Lamar Salter Sr. of Americus, two daughters and sons-in-law Stacie Daniel [Carl] of Americus, Teresa Wellons [Greg] also of Americus, two...
