Mrs. Alice Jean Mills Phillips

Mrs. Alice Jean Mills Phillips age 92, of Smithville, passed away Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at the Wilson Hospice House in Albany. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Hebron Baptist Church. Rev. Jim Eubanks and Dr. Jim Hayes will officiate the service. The family will greet friends at the church Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time and other times, at the residence of Ronnie Mills 168 Mills Road in Smithville. The following gentleman will serve as active Pallbearers: Gordon Rouse, Donnie Mills, Brandon Mills, Chandler Mills, Clinton Mills and Jake Holland. Alice Jean West Mills – Phillips was born August 20 1931 in Doerun, GA. She was the daughter of the late George Washington West Sr. and the late Mittie Lee Wingate West. She graduated from Albany High School and later went to work for the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany.
