Alice Mae (Mcelroy) Cox

Ms. Alice Mae McElroy Cox age 76, passed away Saturday morning, April 11, 2015 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center in Americus.  Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2015 at Hebron Baptist Church. Rev. Ron Perry and Rev. Raymond Smith will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Hebron Baptist church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before services at the church and other times the residence of John and Betty McElroy 221 Walters St. in Plains.  Nephews will serve as pallbearers.      Ms. Cox was born January 10, 1939 in Tifton, Ga. the daughter of the late Edgar Vernon McElroy and Mary Ella Magdalene McIntyre McElroy.
