Mrs. Emily Marie McCord age 73 of Americus, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A private interment will be held at a later date. Emily Marie McCord was born April 25, 1948. She was the daughter of the Late James McCord Sr. and the late OlaRee Green McCord. She retired from Habitat for Humanity. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, James Morgan McCord ( Patty) of Plains and two nephews, Brandon McCord and Jamie McCord both of Americus.
